Miflex Hose Kit for O2ptimaThe Miflex XTREME high performance range of diving hoses has been developed in cooperation with expert divers for a superior in depth performance. A team of Miflex engineers analysed the weak points of traditional low- pressure diving hoses. The fruit of their research is the XTREME high performance range. XTREME hoses feature an external nylon safety braiding designed to resist the snags and abrasions that divers can often encounter. Unlike traditional hoses, the XTREME nylon safety braiding is not simply pushed over the hose fittings. Instead the braiding is tightly bound and fixed to the hose core by stainless steel or brass sleeves. The result is performance and durability in extreme situations. |

The Miflex XTREME hoses are receiving a great deal of interest from rebreather divers. The flexibility of the hoses makes for smoother hose routing particularly with some of the rather convoluted paths seen in rebreathers. Rebreather Express has developed a package of Miflex XTREME hoses for after market use with the O2ptima rebreather and they work great! |

The Miflex Hose Kit for O2ptima is illustrated above. The kit includes the six low-pressure hoses only: oxygen solenoid, oxygen and diluent manual additions, ADV, BC inflator, and M-M 1st stage to manifold. The other components seen in the photo are NOT included (i.e. the regs, manifold, slide valve, etc.) Because the Miflex Hoses are not available in green, we have added color coding for the oxygen solenoid hose, and the two manual inflation hoses. Sorry, but Miflex does not offer a high-pressure hose for the SPG's at this time. If you use a Rite-Source instead of a standard BC power inflator, then you can add our Miflex hose with a fitting for the Rite-Source. |

Carry On Bag for O2ptimaThe O2ptima Rebreather Carry-On Bag from Dive Rite allows divers to protect their O2ptima when traveling by carrying the critical rebreather components on-board an airplane. Made from 1680 denier ballistic nylon, the O2ptima Rebreather Carry-On Bag is lightweight, yet tear and abrasion resistant. Completely padded, the bag includes extruded polyethylene stiffeners to protect the O2ptima if the airline decides the bag must be checked, rather than carried on-board. |

Organized with two removable trays, the O2ptima Rebreather Carry-On Bag holds the O2ptima head and electronics, regulators, loop, counterlungs and tools and even an off-board rebreather compatible computer. The trays easily flip open to reveal the various O2ptima components, allowing you to show the O2ptima to airport security without removing (and losing) any parts. The O2ptima low weight frame and fabric cover can easily be placed into checked baggage. |

Weighing in at only 25 lbs/11 kg when loaded and 5lbs/2.25 kg empty, the bag is 2lbs lighter than other bags of its size. This weight difference can mean all the difference when packing an extra tool kit or dealing with the airport's non-calibrated scale. 4th Sensor Cable for O2ptimaThe Dive Rite O2ptima design has provisions for an independent Oxygen monitoring solution, including space for a fourth oxygen sensor in the cell array. The after market 4th Sensor Cable uses a Fischer SE103 connector to link with an independent dive computer; compatible with Delta-P VR3 and similar. The 48-inch long sensor linking cable also includes a sealing gland, sensor connector and requires an oxygen sensor, sold separately. Installation consists of unscrewing the sealing gland plug and screwing in the sealing gland and cable assembly. If your O2ptima rebreather does not have a sealing gland port for the fourth sensor linking cable, contact us for further information. |

Dsix O2ptima Plate and FootThis after market one-piece Dsix O2ptima Plate and Foot is solid aluminum and designed to withstand much more than normal usage. It offers an ultra stable platform for the O2ptima and allows the entire rebreather to be assembled and disassembled in a upright position. It will accommodate all recommended cylinder sizes from the aluminum 13's to the Steel 30's. This ultra high quality plate and foot combination weighs about 7-pounds with about 4-pounds negative buoyancy. It is manufactured using 1/4-inch thick 5052 alloy aluminum stock with TIG welding. Each plate is hand built by a professional welder (who is also an O2ptima diver) and every piece is checked for proper fit and finish many times during the build process. All edges are sanded smooth and the hose cutout is buffed to a very smooth finish to prevent chaffing. |

Handset PocketThe Dive Rite Handset Pocket mounts on any standard, 2-inch harness waist strap and is typically used to store the secondary handset to keep it from dangling. Divers who monitor their PO2 from a computer connected to a fourth cell, oftentimes use two pockets, one for each handset. There are two versions of the handset pocket available, one version is for the Delrin case handset and the other version is for the previous design metal case handset. |

Canister Dust CapsThe Dive Rite Canister Dust Caps seal the O2ptima canister when the loop hoses are removed, protecting the head and scrubber cartridge from moisture and dust when not in use. These come in handy for those who wish to store their head in dusty areas or a boat where salt water spray is inevitable. The cap for the inhalation canister fitting has left-hand threads (and is marked with a large "L" on the top), whereas the cap for the exhalation canister fitting has right-hand threads. They also serve to protect the threads on the canister fittings when the loop hoses are disconnected. |

Solenoid External Thread CapSupplied by OmniSwivel International, this cap seals the standard 9/16-inch fitting found on most regulator second stages. When the supply hose is disconnected, it protects the inlet threads when traveling and prevents contaminants from entering. Recommended for the O2ptima rebreather to cover the external threads of the oxygen solenoid inlet port when not in use. |

Solenoid Inline Supply ShutoffThe Solenoid Inline Supply Shutoff allows a diver to rapidly isolate the solenoid from the oxygen supply, in case the solenoid starts to leak oxygen into the loop or completely fails in the open position. This allows the diver to keep their oxygen supply valve in the open position and easily control PO2 via manual addition without having to turn on/turn off their supply valve. This can be useful to an already task-loaded diver in a technical dive. |

RiteSource Inline Supply ShutoffThe RiteSource Inline Supply Shutoff kit allows a diver to isolate the RiteSource from the diluent supply, in case of a leak or free-flow from their RiteSource. Regulator Quick Connection AdapterSupplied by OmniSwivel International, this BC Inflator QD Post Adapter attaches to a second stage regulator, where the low pressure hose would normally attach. This tool allows a diver to plug a second stage into the manual addition hose to allow access to the onboard gas supply. Typically the adapter would be used to gain access to the onboard oxygen but could be used to access diluent as well. The Regulator Quick Connection Adapter will not supply adequate gas if the diver is deeper than 20 feet. |
