International Pricing, Shipping and Returns Policies

The following policies apply to items sold
and shipped to locations outside the U.S.A.
to read our DOMESTIC policies.

RAPID International Shipping -- Items marked Ship Today ordered before 12:00 PM (noon), Eastern Time, usually ship the same day (weekends and holidays excepted). Most other orders ship within 1-2 business days. For all destinations outside the U.S., we offer the following choices:

• USPS Priority Mail International shipping is FREE for most orders over $500 to any address outside the US. On all other orders it offers low-cost fast delivery (about two weeks) to any address outside the US. Free international shipping offer is not valid for orders that include weights, cylinders, boosters, or absorbent.

• USPS Express Mail International is a cost-effective choice for faster delivery (about one week) to more than 190 countries worldwide.

• UPS Worldwide Saver offers the absolute fastest delivery (3 days or less) along with realtime tracking to any non-US address when time is the utmost concern. UPS.com automatically e-mails you the realtime tracking number when your order ships.

Transit Status -- If rapid delivery with real time status tracking is important to you, then we recommend selecting United Parcel Service (UPS Worldwide Saver) as the shipping option for your order. Meaningful real time status tracking of international packages shipped via U.S. Postal Service (USPS) is not available.

Signature Required -- To protect you from theft or mis-direction of your shipment, we now require a signature upon delivery for packages greater than $100 in value. If delivering to your home is inconvenient, then you may ship the package to your work address in care of yourself. If you choose to have your shipment sent to a business, please make sure to include the business name in the shipping address.

FOB: Pompano Beach, Florida, USA - - All goods are shipped FOB: Pompano Beach, Florida and delivery of your order to your selected carrier constitutes delivery to you. Claims for lost or damaged goods must be made by the addressee directly with the carrier in accordance with the carrier guidelines.

Prices -- All prices are in U.S. dollars and do NOT include customs duties or value-added taxes (VAT), which vary depending upon destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the package recipient. Your order will ship with a true and correct itemized invoice along with a customs value declaration for the invoice amount (less shipping cost, if any) described as "Sporting Goods".

Price Guarantee - If we publish a sale price on any identical item purchased from us in the previous 30 days, upon request we will refund the difference between the purchase price and the sale price. If you find a lower price on any identical item, including shipping and that dollar amount price is published on the internet by a current authorized stocking dealer located in the U.S., we will offer you the lower published price plus an additional discount of 5% off the lower price.

Payment -- Make payment using credit/debit card. We accept American Express®, MasterCard®, Visa®, Discover/Novus®. We do not charge your card until shortly before your order ships. Alternatively, you may choose to pay with PayPal® or with Google Checkout. To protect against fraud, we perform a detailed verification directly with the cardholder's issuing bank. If your bank does not reply in a timely manner or we are unable to contact your issuing bank, the processing of your order will be delayed.

Returns -- Your complete satisfaction is our goal. With the exception of a few specific items clearly noted as non-returnable, if an item you purchase from us does not meet your expectations, you may return it for a refund or exchange. If you wish to return an item, please contact us for a Return Authorization. We will issue a refund or ship your exchange as soon as we receive your properly authorized return. You will be responsible for shipping costs.

Warranty -- We are an independent authorized dealer for all the products we sell. All of the equipment purchased through us comes with full manufacturers warranty. Warranty information regarding any of our products and services is available by contacting us. Warranty service or support for products purchased from us can always be obtained from us and directly from the manufacturer. You will be responsible for shipping costs. Other authorized dealers might be unable, refuse or charge additional fees to provide service or support on products not purchased from that dealer.

Back Orders -- We have a huge inventory and while we strive to keep as complete an inventory as possible, at times we will be out of stock on items when they are ordered. If this happens, we will contact you with an estimated delivery time and confirm that you still wish to place your order.

Disclaimer -- All prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. A Web site of this size may contain incorrect pricing or other errors. We do our best to minimize such errors, and will always notify you if an error of this sort results in a change in the charge for your order. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to limit quantities.
